Trainer Sam Cam will take you through a series of mobility exercises that are specifically geared towards training your range of motion around joints. They involve actively moving, contracting and relaxing muscles through the joints range of motion.
Regular mobility work will help you improve the quality of your everyday movements, enhance recovery, and can help prevent injuries. Use this as a stand-alone workout for proactive joint health and better everyday mobility.
