If you like a little longer warm-up and cool-down, this format is for you. Chris Freytag will challenge you with an intense unilateral upper-body strength workout focused on all your upper body muscles as well as your balance. It is coupled with a solid warm-up and cool-down. Chris starts with an approximately 8-minute warm up, followed by 20 minutes of upper-body strength training, and ends with an effective 15-minute stretch session.

All of your upper body muscles as well as your core stabilizers will fire during this workout. By working one side of the body at a time, you will find your muscle imbalances, train your core for stabilization, and work your brain at the same time. Challenging and fun all at the same time. Chris moves slowly and gives form cues the whole time. The longer warm-up really allows your joints and muscles to prepare for the upcoming workout. The final active stretch will help you with strength and flexibility.
