Where do we find the recipes for slow and strong challenge
I have just finished the start strong calendar after not exercising for years. Looking a calendar to do next and i would really like to lose the love handles and tire roll around my belly by Memorial Day.This has been a real challenge for me after dealing with some signifcant brain surgeries and facial pain, but I am ready to try hard. Any suggestions where to start for quick results? (I have 2 months)
