Hi Chris, I love your workouts - do you have a kettlebell dvd in the works at all?
You just mentioned toning the triceps with several exercises. If you really work a muscle hard, how many times do you need to do the exercises for best results.
I am 57 and am pear shaped. I've always exercised but as I get older am more challenged with losing lower body fat. What is the best exercises for reducing thigh and leg fat?

I'm 62 and have always done some form of exercise. For the past year I've taken a strength training class which I love. As we age should we still push ourselves, of course using good form. I guess I'm wondering if it's going to be hard on my joints eventually.
