Wonderful discussion! I love all the workouts and I go as heavy as I can on the weights. 8 to 10 lbs and when I can't go heavy, I do the modifications. Hopefully, I will be able to go heavier! Chris, I absolutely love the motivation you are giving me to get through each and every workout especially when I think I can't yes I can!! So happy there is someone out there that can share their knowledge without a hefty price tag. Thank you and your staff.

I was taking a nap when you were live!! I love all your workouts, if I'm not feeling well I choose an easier workout or modify them. I'm wondering though if you are planning on doing videos with kettlebells.

I have tight and painful hips, hip flexors and hamstrings after cardio. Is there a stretching routine you recommend on get healthy u tv. I like to have a protein drink after exercising , is there a special brand that you recommend for women?
In the morning is it ok to exercise without eating , just drinking water
Squats, lunges was all I was doing bike
What would u recommend for a healthy post workout snack and how soon after a strength session should u eat it?
