After a quick warm-up, Tara gets into the exercises. 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for each move. The rest is just enough time to catch your breath and get ready for the next exercise. You can slow it down and/or follow Coach Val for modifications, so all fitness levels are welcome.
No dumbbells are required, so you can do this workout with your own bodyweight anytime, anywhere. This workout will engage all of the muscles in the lower body and is a great way to improve balance and build glute strength and leg strength . As Tara says, “This is going to be fast, furious, and fire!”
Use this as a standalone workout or tack onto your daily cardio or an upper-body workout!
