Back Pain Relief Routine

These exercises to do at home focus on stretching and gaining range of motion. This routine consists of some traditional stretches and some yoga-based movements that are performed slowly and with control. This therapeutic session doesn’t require a lot of time, but is meant to be done consistently and will improve your strength and mobility over time.
