Description

If you’re looking for a bodyweight workout program to build muscle and torch calories, look no further than Bodyweight Fusion! This bodyweight-only program consists of interval-style workouts that help you work smarter, not longer, and get your heart pumping as you shed fat and gain muscle definition. These workouts require just your own bodyweight, so you can do them anywhere at any time without equipment. Chris Freytag and Lindsey Bomgren team up to tackle the workouts in this program together, offering modification and instruction for each move.

The different workouts in this bodyweight workout program include Ultimate Intervals, Coming Down the Ladder, Super 8, and Core Conditioning. Start with any workout you like! Ultimate Intervals is led by Lindsey Bomgren and uses plyometric moves like squat jumps and mountain climbers to burn calories fast. Coming Down the Ladder is another great routine where you perform 10 of each exercise, then 9 of each exercise, and so on until you’re just performing one move of each. You get a brief period of rest between each interval, but that amount of time decreases as you “come down the ladder.” You’ll get your heart racing as you perform lunges, rotating burpees, and more!

Super 8 consists of eight exercises that you do for a minute each, and then repeat the entire circuit again. You’ll do moves like army crawls and skaters with a single leg hop in this amazing bodyweight routine. Finally, Core Conditioning is a routine that focuses mostly on your core—working your obliques, abdominals, and that transverse abdominus which acts as a sort of “belt” around our tummies. The more you can work your transverse abdominus, the stronger and leaner your core will be. Chris and Lindsey take you through each of the workouts in this bodyweight workout program step by step, ensuring you get the most out of each move.

All exercises you perform are your own responsibility and you perform them at your own risk. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before starting any physical exercise, fitness or wellness regiments of any kind.
