This is our second version of the Boosted Fitness Walk. What do we mean by boosted? This indoor walking workout, led by Chris Freytag is high energy. The music will speed up ever so slightly throughout the workout. It’s barely noticeable to the ear but you will notice your heart rate picking up. Get your booty walking and get your steps in for 30 straight minutes. You’ll pick up your feet, lift your arms and knees and keep moving! No equipment needed – just bring your energy and your smile!
