You’ll start with a quick warm-up to get your body ready to dance. You’ll sway your hips, march in place, and start to isolate different muscle groups. Dancers use isolations to engage the muscles and get them ready to dance. Using ab isolations and a few cat/cow movements, you’ll be totally warmed up and ready to shake and groove your way to better health.
Then, it’s time to dance! You don’t need to have any dance experience to enjoy Cardio Groove. It will leave you sweating—and smiling—and offers a great alternative to other cardio workouts when you want to mix it up a little or try something outside your comfort zone. The workout starts with the basics and builds upon each movement to create a fun, full-length dance routine at the end. Jennifer provides tons of encouragement and counts out the beats for you so you can follow along with ease.
