This Cardio Sculpt workout with dumbbells is a functional training workout for your core, obliques, glutes, hamstrings, biceps, shoulders, triceps and so much more! Let Get Healthy U TV Trainers Sam Cameranesi, Shelley Hawkins and JC Lippold be your guides through this heart pumping, sweat dripping workout. Trainer Sam Cameranesi will lead you through the entire circuit workout, keeping track of the timed intervals and providing form queues while Shelley and JC provide exercise modifications and low impact options along the way!

The Workout Format

– 4 Circuits – Repeating each circuit x2 before closing it out and moving onto the next circuit.
– 2 Exercises Per Circuit – 1 Strength Exercise, 1 Cardio Exercise
– Timed Interval
* 30 Seconds Of Work / 15 Seconds of Rest
* Cardio/ Sculpt/ Cardio/ Sculpt / Cardio/ Sculpt
* Repeat x 2 sets before moving onto exercises C/D for the next circuit.

This is the first workout of its kind on Get Healthy U TV, so come join us for a serious cardio sculpt burn! This full body circuit workout will give your metabolism a boost, burn lots of calories, and tone your entire body all at once. Don’t forget about the fun core block we have at the very end of the workout too!! Grab multiple sets of dumbbells for this workout (anywhere between 8 – 20 lbs is encouraged), and remember to do what feels best in your body!
