      Description

Trainer Chris Freytag will divide the body into muscle groups and work those muscles to fatigue. Then follow up with a cardio/plyo move in each block that shoots your heart rate up. You can expect to feel muscle fatigue, move in all planes of motion, and get a metabolic boost from the format involving strength and cardio! Grab some heavy weights and let’s go!
