Get ready to move as trainer Melissa Villagomez takes you through the third version of this total body strength workout. By beginner, we mean that Melissa will move slower and give good cues. She will keep the moves basic but different than the last version. You will work for 45 sec followed by 10 sec of rest. 3 moves in a row, repeat them once. If you pick up heavier weights, this could become a nice intermediate muscle burn.
