Back by popular demand, our Kickboxing + Core 4 workout will have you punching, kicking, squatting, and crunching your way to feeling strong and accomplished. Your heart rate will soar with the kickboxing segments, and trainer Shelley Hawkins will get your core firing during the strength segments. Each circuit contains two moves lasting 40 seconds: one kickboxing and one core. Repeat each circuit 3 times and you’ve got yourself a simple but effective workout! This is the type of workout that leaves you feeling confident and ready to take on the day.
