Trainer Patty Knudsen will lead you through a 30-minute beginner strength workout that focuses on the buns and thighs! Simple movements combined with clear instruction and modifications makes this a great place to start if you are new to strength training. We’ll start using light-to-medium dumbbells, but if you’d like to challenge yourself you can always use heavier weights or no weights at all.
