Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Coach Patty Knudsen will take you through this second version of Bootcamp Burn – a little cardio, a little strength and a lot of sweat! There will be 3 blocks of work – upper body, lower body and core and this time we are adding in a step platform. (If you don’t have a step – you could modify without it.) A perfect blend of increased heart rate, calorie burn and muscle fatigue. Modifications will be given – this is a great total body burn no doubt.
