Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get Healthy U TV Trainer Tara Putz will get you moving right away with a Tabata-style interval workout. Tabata intervals are made of 8 segments of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tara will combine strength and cardio moves for a total-body burner. All low-impact but not low-intensity. You will be sweating and hopefully smiling at the end! Tabata HIIT workouts are fast and furious and fun!
