We know you love HIIT (High Intensity Interval) workouts, and we know you love to sweat, so Trainer Shannon is back with another version of this low impact tabata style cardio Hiit workout. It’s low impact, but high intensity AND lots of fun! Shannon will push you to work hard and get your heart rate up during each Tabata. A Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, 8 rounds in a row. Through large range of motion movements and using all planes of motion, you’ll feel empowered, strong and sweaty by the end!
