Trainer Tara Putz will take you through the third version of this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout using all your muscle groups and sprinkling in some heart-pumping exercises. With this being an interval workout, Tara will follow a work-to-rest pattern. You will work hard and then use the rest period to catch your breath and move again!
