Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get ready for a total body strength workout all standing, no floor work! Shannon will work all muscle groups. Grab a few set of dumbbells to challenge your muscles. Also grab a long band with handles and a mini band for a few burnout moves. This workout is low impact but not low intensity! Emphasis will be on good form and muscle failure. Shannon is always ready to go! Modificaitons will be given.
