Shelley HawkinsJoin us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! This is the second version of Strictly Strength, a full-body, low-impact strength format. Trainer Shelley will take you through nine compound strength exercises that target multiple muscle groups at a time. This makes for an effective, efficient, and functional workout—plus, compound exercises help improve your everyday movements!
You’ll work through one minute of each exercise followed by 30 seconds of rest, doing it all twice through. Everything will be a part of this workout—balance, core, and conditioning, plus all muscle groups. Get ready for a serious, strictly strength workout!
