Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! This is your full-body, low-impact strength day. Trainer Sam Cam will take you through this 4th version of Strictly Strength. You’ll preform nine compound strength exercises that target multiple muscle groups at a time. This makes for an effective, efficient, and functional workout—plus, compound exercises help improve your everyday movements!
You’ll work through one minute of each exercise followed by 30 seconds rest, doing it all twice through. Everything will be a part of this workout—balance, core, and conditioning, plus all muscle groups. Get ready for a serious and strictly strength workout!
