Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Trainer Shannon is ready to rock this 5th version of our a total-body circuit workout. This Trifecta workout consists of strength, cardio, and core-specific movements. Shannon will lead you through 3 minutes of strength, followed by 3 minutes of cardio, then 3 minutes of core, totaling a 9-minute circuit. Using dumbbells, this workout will fatigue your muscles and build your heart rate. (*If interested, the Triple Threat workouts are the same format with the addition of a step platform.)
