Trainer Patty Knudsen will take you through another Yoga Sculpt workout that combines yoga poses, hand weights, and light cardio for a calorie-burning, total-body workout. This hybrid class works up a serious sweat and is the perfect combination of yoga, cardio, and strength. You’ll do some isometric holds mixed in with strength and low-impact moves that will raise your heart rate. This format is a member favorite for a reason—it’s fun and effective!
