    Pick up your pace and get your body moving during this Interval Walk 6. Trainer Sam Cam is ready to encourage you to push the speed and make you sweat with a dash of fun! These 30 minutes will fly by as Sam Cam gets your heart pumping and moves you through various timed intervals. This workout will focus on increasing speed in a work to rest ratio. You’ll focus on your perceived exertion. Get your steps in no matter what the weather or what the day brings. Just hop on a treadmill and move your body for 30 minutes.
