This 20-minute Morning Yoga Stretch Routine is a great way to wake up your mind and body for a wonderful and productive day. Trainer Patty Knudsen takes you through this fabulous flow and allows you to check in with your breath and feel the poses through your whole body. This workout will open your joints and stretch your muscles. It will open up your mind and heart to begin your day.
Although intended for a morning stretch, this routine can be used anytime during the day or for an evening winddown. It depends on your lifestyle. The intention of this class is to help you reconnect & recharge both inside and out.
