Your body is designed to move, but as we age, stiffness in the joints and tight muscles can limit our range of motion—making everyday activities feel harder than they should. That’s where this 26-minute full-body stretch and flexibility workout comes in!
This session is all about keeping your joints fluid and your muscles flexible, so you can move with ease, reduce stiffness, and support long-term strength and independence. We’ll focus on gentle, controlled movements to improve mobility in key areas like your shoulders, spine, and especially your hips. Sam will also do a few deep stretches will help lengthen and loosen tight muscles.
Sam makes it fun while helping you relax! Use this as a longer stand alone stretch session any day of the week!
