Split your workout 50/50 between cardio done on the treadmill and strength work done on the floor to strengthen your upper body! This upper body bootcamp class will transform your body and mind through high-intensity speed, hills, and strength intervals. Your heart rate will continue to soar while specifically working muscles of the upper body such as shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, and back! Runners and walkers alike will love this mixture of cardio and strength combined in one calorie torching workout!
Follow along with Sam as she guides you through the treadmill circuit and the upper body dumbbell strength work. She will provide motivation and modifications every step of the way; leaving you to focus on your form and getting the most out of each movement!
What To Expect In This Workout:
- – 15 Minutes of Cardio Drills on the Treadmill
- – Block 1: 30 Second Intervals
- – Block 2: 1 Minute Intervals
- – Block 3: 30 Second Intervals
15 Minutes of Strength HIIT for the Upper Body on the Floor
This upper body workout will strengthen your biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders and back while pushing you to your limits. Throughout the upper body strength portion of this workout, trainer Sam will focus on burning out each upper body muscle group with little rest in-between. You will do each exercise only one time through! One shot with each exercise, working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds.
This intense 30-minute Tread and Shred Upper Body Bootcamp workout will shape your entire body! From your legs and core throughout the running portion of this workout, to your upper body during the strength portion, you are creating strong and lean beautiful muscles! No plyometrics in this upper body workout – just strictly strength moves that will build lean and sexy upper body muscles!
