This yoga sculpt workout is like a big bell curve both starting and ending with some breathing and gentle body movements as well as stretches. But in between, look out! Using small weights – think 3, 5 or 8 pounds – you will move and sweat with the whole gang as your body uses breath to change shape. After your first gentle breath and movement opener, you’ll nail down the basic yoga classics in both Sun A and Sun B several times. Soon enough the heat of your body takes over and you start building on some bodyweight planks as well as optional weighted side planks. Lat raises, lunges, curtsy’s and push-ups are just a small part of the work you’ll get done during this amazing yoga sculpt challenge! By the time you are done you’ll be proud of the workout you completed but also refreshed and renewed by the lengthening and calming that too place in the yoga
