Wow! The January workouts look awesome! Thank you for including more longer length workouts!
I love the cardio hiit step workout! Would love to see more of those, and some a little shorter for when we're short on time, but still wanna work hard and get max benefit! Also loved the Cardio with light weights. A bootcamp style cardio would be fun! Something other than dance, or walking with a bit or a lot of kickboxing thrown in to make it fun and different.
I would like to see more straight strength training videos
Would also like to see more 45 minute workouts!

I cannot say how much I love your workouts! The different variety of workouts, several levels to choose from, and I am never bored and always challenged, even at the beginner level! Thank you Chris for your website, app, content, and empowering women to look forward to working out and taking care of their bodies. I will always be a member!!
