For a change of pace, welcome to our Get Healthy U TV BINGO Challenge – an exciting and motivating way to boost your fitness journey AND try some workouts you may not normally gravitate towards. The goal is simple: complete a row, column, or diagonal of workouts on your BINGO card as quickly as possible. Each square on the card contains a different workout, ranging from cardio and strength training to flexibility and yoga workouts!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Get Your Card 
  2. Complete a Workout: Choose any workout on your card and complete it. Mark off the square once you’re done. 
  3. Rest Days: Listen to your body and take rest days when needed. There’s NO penalty for taking a break and there’s NO prize for getting them all done in 5 days straight. 
  4. Achieve BINGO: Aim to complete a full row, column, or diagonal. Once you do, you’ve achieve BINGO! 
  5. BONUS Challenge: For those seeking an extra challenge, strive for a BLACK OUT by completing every workout on your BINGO card. Finish all the squares and do some workouts you’ve either forgotten about OR have never done before! 

This challenge is designed to keep you active, motivated, and having fun! Remember to pace yourself and enjoy the journey of BINGO! Let the game begin!
