Beginner Program 3.0 (Gold)

Welcome to our Beginner Program 3.0 Workout Plan! If you enjoyed the first two beginner’s programs, we have a third calendar to continue on your beginner’s program journey. This third version of the beginner’s program will include more variety in your workouts, includes more functional strength workouts to help you start your strength journey, with good core workouts and of course stretching and yoga to recover and refuel your body!

As always, allow yourself to be a beginner and listen to your body! We have scheduled two rest days every week to allow your body to recover. So take the time that you need to recover as needed. Be proud of ANY progress you make, and realize that this is just a journey and we all need to start somewhere.
