Join us for a month-long calendar of workouts as we focus on our yoga practice and core work! This program blends the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga with the strength and precision of Pilates to create a balanced and transformative fitness experience. Over the next four weeks, you’ll build a solid foundation, improve core strength, and enhance your flexibility while cultivating a deeper connecting to your body and breath.

Each week is thoughtfully designed to progress yours skills, alternating between dynamic flows, restorative practices, and core/ Pilates based workouts.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this calendar offers variety and challenges to keep you motivated and engaged. By the end of the month, you’ll feel stronger, more centered, and energized, ready to carry the benefits of this journey into your everyday life!
