Here’s How It Works:

Move it Monday – Focus on movement to start the week.

Tone it Tuesday – Strengthen and sculpt with simple, effective toning exercises.

Wellness Wednesday – Stretch, breathe, and recharge with yoga or mobility work

Throwback Thursday – Bring back an “oldie” but goodie workout – some of our old favorites or pick an old school step workout on your own.

Flex Friday – Flex your muscles with solid strength building -mostly low impact

Steps Saturday – Focus on your step game today – go outside for a walk or do our indoor walking workout!

Self-Care Sunday – Rest, restore, and celebrate your wins for the week.
